A trapped trader is a trader who needs to exit a position but isn’t able to do so. Market movements are generally out of their control, making it difficult for them to close a position because the price has continued to move to their disadvantage.
Learn to identify the “trapped traders” who are desperate to get out of their positions. Why would you want to know this? For one thing, knowing where the desperate and trapped traders are located can help put you (potentially) in a better trading position. But knowing this kind of information is certainly not going to guarantee that you will always win. It can, however, help you to better manage your exposure and limit some of the risks associated with your current Futures Trading position(s).
